keptn upgrade

Upgrades Keptn on a Kubernetes cluster and supports upgrading the shipyard of a project to a new specification.

Synopsis

The Keptn CLI allows upgrading Keptn on any Kubernetes derivative to which your kube config is pointing to, and on OpenShift. Also, it supports upgrading the shipyard of an existing project to a new specification.

Examples

keptn upgrade # upgrades Keptn

keptn upgrade --platform=openshift # upgrades Keptn on OpenShift

keptn upgrade --platform=kubernetes # upgrades Keptn on the Kubernetes cluster

Options

      --patch-namespace      Patch the namespace with the annotation & label 'keptn.sh/managed-by: keptn'
  -p, --platform string      The platform to run Keptn on [kubernetes,openshift] (default "kubernetes")
      --skip-upgrade-check   Skip upgrade compatibility check, useful for nightly version upgrades or upgrades to preview versions

  -h, --help               help
      --mock               Disables communication to a Keptn endpoint
  -n, --namespace string   Specify the namespace where Keptn should be installed, used and uninstalled in (default "keptn")
  -q, --quiet              Suppresses debug and info messages
  -v, --verbose            Enables verbose logging to print debug messages
  -y, --yes                Assume yes for all user prompts
